How to safely shed 20-30 pounds in just 30 days
HCG (Human chorionic gonadotropin) is a hormone that’s produced naturally by the placenta in pregnant women. Doctor Simeons is credited with being the first person to identify the hormones potential for use in weight loss. Simeons was a medical pioneer who describes his first uses of HCG with young male patients in India who had large abdomens, buttocks, hips, and thighs. He discovered that daily injections of the bio-identical hormone HCG, along with a restricted diet of 500 calories (high protein diet with little fat or carbs and lots of water) a day, resulted in a loss of fat around the midsection. Interestingly, his patients were able to follow the extremely low-calorie without suffering from hunger or exhaustion and could do their normal routines on a diet of only 500 calories daily and lose an average of about one pound per day. It was also perfectly evident that only abnormal fat was being consumed, as there were no signs of any depletion of normal fat. The daily administration of HCG appeared to have no side-effects.
What does HCG look like for you?
You will eat from a list of allowed foods (real whole foods) for 30 days consuming 500 calories (KCAL) plus and optional 100 KCAL from a protein powder for breakfast. Our nutritionist will work closely with you with the HCG diet that consists of portion controlled lean protein choices including salmon, egg whites, chicken, veal and beef. Vegetables are mostly greens (no root veggies) and 2 pieces of fruit per day (orange, apple, grapefruit or strawberries). You will administer a daily injection of HCG prescription for 30 days in premade syringes. When you have completed the 30 day phase, your nutritionist will move you into the 1,200-calorie maintenance protocol for 30 days to allow the HCG to get out of your system and your body to adapt to a 1,200-calorie diet. Maintenance is where you start bringing in small amounts of fats and carbs while the HCG is working its way out of the system. In our unique package you have 2 appointments with a doctor (before and at end of protocol) and 3 with our nutritionist who has successfully worked with over 200 patients on this diet.
